By accessing and using Devpply ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Devpply is an AI-powered resume builder service that helps developers and professionals create, edit, and optimize their resumes. The service includes resume editing, AI-powered content enhancement, ATS optimization, and PDF export functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits can be purchased through our payment gateway (Razorpay)
• 10 credits = 1 resume download
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
• Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mozen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your resume content, but grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the service
• Use AI models to enhance and optimize your resume
• Create anonymized data for service improvement

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devpply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While our AI enhancement features are designed to improve your resume, we do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devpply, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
