Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Devpply, we strive to provide the best service possible. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.
2. Nature of Service
Devpply operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access premium features such as resume downloads. Once credits are used to download a resume or access premium features, those credits are considered consumed and are generally non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you were unable to access purchased credits due to a technical error on our end
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same transaction
- Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made to your account without your authorization
- Service Unavailability: If our service was unavailable for an extended period after purchase
- Unused Credits: Credits that have not been used may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
Note: Once credits have been used to download resumes or access premium features, they are not eligible for refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your account at any time. However:
- Unused credits in your account will be forfeited upon cancellation
- No refunds will be issued for unused credits unless they meet the eligibility criteria above
- You will retain access to your account until the end of any active service period
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to mozenhub@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Provide your transaction ID or payment reference number
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
6. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved:
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Total Timeline: Please allow 10-12 business days for the complete refund process
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. This typically applies when credits have been partially used or when service disruptions affected only a portion of your subscription period.
8. Payment Gateway Refunds
All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that Razorpay's processing fees are non-refundable.
